Study strategy: frequently asked questions
When to start preparing, how much to study each week and how to use courses alongside lectures.
When should I start preparing for an entrance exam?
As early as you can. Most students need several months of regular practice to cover the material and get used to the exam format. Starting early also leaves time for mock exams in the final weeks.
How much should I study each week?
Regular practice matters more than long sessions. A few focused hours spread across the week usually work better than one long session. Lessons and questions on UNI Insider are short, so you can fit them into gaps in your day.
How do I know what to work on next?
Your course dashboard shows your progress by topic and your practice results over the last 30 days. Focus on the topics where your progress is lowest or where you answer most questions incorrectly.
Can I use UNI Insider alongside my university lectures?
Yes. You can work through a topic before the lecture that covers it, then use the practice questions afterwards to check your understanding. Before exams, the course works as a structured revision plan.
